My Story
I am a highly experienced psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer, with over 22 years experience as a therapist. I am a Teaching & Supervising Transactional Analyst in the Psychotherapy field, and I have over 14 years experience of being supervisor of student and qualified practitioners and offer supervision to supervisors.

I work with adults, children and young people and I am also a highly experienced couples therapist.
​
I am a University and College lecturer in Counselling, having taught at Masters and undergraduate levels. I am the Clinical Director at Thrive and specialise in working with trauma in adults and children.
​
I am the lead trainer for Thrive and offer TA training, along with other counselling and psychotherapy subjects, including a feminist therapy and theory certificate course.
​
My areas of interest and research are within sexual violence and I have extensive experience and knowledge in this field, having worked with various organisations in the field since the beginning of my training as a therapist. I am the credited author of "Don't Steal My Future" a sexual violence awareness programme that has been delivered in schools and colleges throughout North Wales.
