Student Counsellors
We have a large team of student counsellors completing their placements with Thrive. We offer both online and in-person opportunities at various locations.
As a student on placement with us, you will receive a full day of induction training, quarterly check-in days (hybrid), and free monthly group supervision. We also offer a range of CPD training regularly throughout the year.

Qualified Therapists
We have opportunities for qualified therapists to work on a sessional basis.

Supervisors & Trainers
We have some opportunities for supervisors and trainers.
Supervisors will hold group supervision sessions for our therapists and a qualification in supervision is required.
If you are an experienced trainer, or wanting to develop your training skills, please contact us as we are always looking for CPD trainers to deliver one-day workshops.
