Student Counsellors
You can complete a placement with Thrive. We offer both online and in-person opportunities.
As a student on placement with us, you will receive induction training, a five day trauma training course, and free monthly group supervision. We also provide free CPD training regularly throughout the year.

Qualified Therapists
We have opportunities for qualified therapists to work on a sessional basis.

Supervisors & Trainers
We have some opportunities for supervisors and trainers.
Supervisors will hold group supervision sessions for our therapists and a qualification in supervision is required.
If you are an experienced trainer, or wanting to develop your training skills, please contact us as we are always looking for CPD trainers to deliver one-day workshops.
We are currently seeking trainers who can deliver content on CBT, grief and loss, and outdoor/eco therapy.
