My Work as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist and Life Coach

As a mental health occupational therapist and life coach, I help individuals navigate life's challenges by blending trauma informed therapeutic expertise with practical strategies for personal growth. My approach focuses on empowering clients to achieve balance, manage stress and anxiety, and overcome obstacles in their personal and professional lives. Drawing on my training in mental health, I provide tools to build resilience, enhance emotional well-being, and create meaningful routines.  If your mental health is impacting your daily function, I can help you overcome challenges for a meaningful life, aligned to your values.

My life coaching sessions are tailored to support individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, need support goal setting or are ready to make positive changes. Each session provides a safe, supportive space to explore goals, identify barriers, and develop actionable strategies for success. Whether you're seeking to improve work-life balance, build confidence, manage anxiety, or navigate a major life transition, my sessions are designed to help you thrive.

In addition to occupational therapy and life coaching, I can support with cognitive behavioural therapy (transdiagnostic unified protocol), David Muss's REWIND Therapy for PTSD (for which often just 1 - 2 sessions are needed), anxiety and fatigue management programs, cognitive behavioural therapy for Insomnia and the first line treatment for insomnia. All appointments are an hour long and can be provided face to face,  virtually or as walk and talk sessions.

About me:

​

I am a Mum of 3 and love nature, running and walking my labrador. I love to cook and am currently training in 1:1 and group sound healing. I am an experienced mental health and perinatal mental health occupational therapist.

Prices:

​

  • Occupational therapy sessions - £75 per session. 1st session is an assessment of needs.

  • Life coach - £75 or set of 6 weekly coaching sessions £400, set of 12 sessions with weekly 60-minute coaching and twice weekly check in and email support £800 

  • CBT - £75 per session or £780 for 12 weekly 60 min sessions

  • CBTi - £75 per session or £400 for 6 weekly/fortnightly 60 min sessions.

  • Anxiety and Fatigue management - £400 for 4-6 weekly 60 min sessions 

  • REWIND - £150 for two sessions 60 - 90 min sessions
