Step One
Get in Touch
The fastest way to access our services is to fill out our online registration form:
https://forms.office.com/r/gBQhtVdwGz

Once we have your information, we can arrange your first session with one of our team.

You can also contact us using the short 'Get in Touch' form which can be found at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can email us at thrivecounsellingcic@gmail.com
Step Two
Assessment
We will look at your form and assess which level of support will best suit your needs. It may be that we need to have a discussion with you, and if this is the case, we will arrange a time to speak to you.
In most cases, sessions can be arranged straightaway.
Step Three
Starting Sessions
Following your assessment, a suitable counsellor will be allocated to you. We will ask you to sign an agreement and explain our payment system. Your counsellor will then contact you directly in order to arrange your initial session together. Your therapeutic journey begins here.

If you feel that the counsellor we have matched you with isn't the best fit for you, you can contact us for a discussion and we will allocate another therapist for you.
Step Four
Managing Sessions
Counselling sessions are agreed and arranged in blocks of six. How many blocks you have will be agreed between you and your counsellor during your therapy. You may have as many blocks of sessions as you wish and you do not have to finish a block before concluding.
Step Five
Ending Sessions
A good ending is an essential part of therapy.

When you feel you have accomplished what you set out to do, your therapist will agree a suitable ending phase. This may be one session, or several sessions, depending upon the length of your work.

The ending is space for both you and your therapist to reflect on your work and achievements.
