Julie Hayes is an FHT holistic wellness practitioner and Reiki healer, who is passionate about supporting people on their personal healing journeys.
With many years of experience in holistic therapies and teaching, Julie offers a safe and supportive space where clients can relax, release stress, and reconnect with their inner balance and full potential. She believes that everyone has the ability to heal and grow when they are given the right support and environment.
Why Reiki?
Reiki is an amazing addition which compliments counselling and talking therapies. It is non-invasive, safe and very powerful. It can also be used safely on under 18’s, especially those struggling with anxiety related conditions.
