Hello

Hi! I’m Sophie, I’m a qualified therapist/counsellor. There’s no one size fits all for therapy and so I’d say the same is true about how I deliver therapy. What you can be sure of is that I’ll be here with you and together we can try to make sense of what might be going on for you.

I’ve worked with children, young people, adults and professionals of all backgrounds. I have experience with ADHD, Autism, ACES, difficulty with school attendance and retention, looked after children and the support networks of these children. I’ve worked with individuals dealing with loss and grief, stress, low self-esteem, and most things in-between.
