Hello, my name is Shelley.

I am a student counsellor based on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, currently studying Person-Centred Counselling.

I am passionate about recognising each person as a unique individual, shaped by their own experiences and the expert in their own life. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. Together, we can explore your experiences and work towards growth, self-awareness, and positive change.

I am a registered student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am committed to working within their professional and ethical framework at all times.
